WARRANTY

This product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 Days from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, Car Show Display, Inc. (“Car Show Display”) will, at its option, repair or replace, at no charge, any component determined to be defective. The liability under this warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of the defect or defective part, and does not include shipping expenses. This warranty does not apply if, in the determination of Car Show Display, this product has been damaged by accident, abuse, improper usage, or as a result of service or modification by other than Car Show Display.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SALABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CAR SHOW DISPLAY INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO A CUSTOMERS CAR OR CARS DAMAGED BY A STAND. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

RETURNS POLICY

We cannot accept returns on stands that have been used, powder coated, painted, or altered. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No returns on  special order items. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call 407-230-6974 or email sales@carshowdisplay.com for a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date, and must be in original packaging. A 50% Restocking Fee will be applied, 3% Paypal fees will be taken out, and no refunds on shipping charges. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice AND a completed return form or they will not be honored.
